The Concord Campaign

A campaign to raise funds to purchase the building at 79 Sheep Davis Road in Pembroke, NH so our Concord Outpost can go from portable and leasing space, to a permanent location.

Our Concord Outpost has been portable for 5 years and we are nearing the end of our lease agreement with Concord Christian Academy. This new building allows us to have more worship services in more places to reach the most people in the shortest time.

This building was built for worship.  It is a turnkey facility and is ready to be used almost immediately to meet One Church’s needs after a few updates.  It is less than 3 miles from where the Concord Outpost currently meets.  This building gives us room to quickly double our reach in the Concord area.  It’s easily accessible and highly visible.  The space for children’s ministry is excellent and will give us space to share God’s love with families in powerful ways.

The purchase price is $1.7M and we have $100,000 in updates like painting and signage to do.  $1.8M is an excellent value for this property; it would easily cost $2.5M to build this building from the ground up and take well over a year to complete.  This building allows us to move quickly and we believe that we can have worship services there as early as late November.

Yes!  Others went before us and sacrificed greatly so that we could worship in Manchester, Bedford, Concord, Brandon, Rutland, Franklin, and Online. We will continue to give generously and sacrificially so that more of our Ones can experience and respond to the love of Jesus.
