Residency Program

We want to provide you the opportunity to learn from other ministry leaders, have hands on experience, and be able to use your gifts to share God's love with many. Designed for young adults in their 20's who have a heart for the unchurched and want to grow in their leadership.
Rutland Kids Associate
The Kids Associate will report directly to the Outpost Pastor and work cooperatively with Outpost Coordinators. This position will lead the Kids Ministry at their Outpost.
Outpost Pastor - Vermont Outpost
Outpost Pastors provide leadership, preach and help people connect at the Outpost. They would work closely with the church staff, develop content for message series and reaching out into the community.
