New ideas - by Eric, Bruce & Mark

We started the day with a new translator (Fidele), since our first translator (Abel) had other personal obligations to address. We enjoyed having Abel with us and he provided much valuable translation.

The day was spent with the Ejo Heza Cooperative reviewing the sanitation and charcoal brick, production processes. It was a day of discovery/compromise for both the Cooperative team and us. The Lord must have been working in all our hearts because it turned out to be a fantastic day. Many thanks to Fidele for helping make it happen so easily.

We introduced new ideas that were well received. We hope stay in the same spirit to follow through with those ideas over the coming week. Advances in the production process are being introduced and bringing in new human insights bring much hope.
