Welcome to the Family
Part of being a family is supporting each other in good times and in times of need. Our Care Team is made up of believers who know how to prayerfully give one-on-one encouragement, comfort and hope to life circumstances.
Our Care Team is a catalyst for Christ-centered compassion within the local church.
Our connection with God, people, and mission can become weak or broken when we are loaded down with stress, hurts, sickness, or sin. Through prayerful listening, the Care Team encourages our whole church to make sure no one is alone in their pain or sorrow. When we “carry each others’ burdens,” we “fulfill the law of Christ” (Galatians 6:2). Our goal is to build confidence in the power of God’s amazing grace to bring help and healing into our lives. In an environment of “one another” care, everyone receives the strength to become an extraordinary follower of Jesus.
Only the Spirit of God can meet every need, in the right way, at the right time, every time. Therefore, we focus first and foremost on how to “keep in step with the Spirit” (Galatians 5:25). To this end we are committed to the three values of listening, learning, and loving.
Submit a prayer Request
Prayer is the conduit that connects us to God and opens up the opportunities for direction and understanding. If you are in need, we would love to partner with you in prayer. Prayer requests can be submitted by calling the church office or submitting a request below.
MCC's Care Ministers would love to pray with you in person. Simply stop by the information counter on Thursday evenings or Sunday mornings. Ask for a Care Minister and tell them you want prayer.
