With that in mind, we offer MCC 301 – Discovering Your Ministry, to assist you in determining what God intends for you and how you can use your God-given gifts to minister at Manchester Christian Church.

Whether you are new to MCC or a long-time member there is a place for you to get involved in helping others.

We believe your ministry should be FULFILLING and FRUITFUL. Christian service should be a source of joy and personal satisfaction.

At MCC, we focus on a PERSONAL approach to ministry rather than an INSTITUTIONAL approach. Our desire is to help each person find a place of service that is exciting and satisfying rather than simply forcing people into a slot based only on the need of the moment.

Service at MCC is TEAM focused rather than INDIVIDUAL focused. We are better together. Jesus gathered 12 disciples and sent them out two by two. It is our desire that everyone experience the joy of serving with others who share a similar ministry passion.

Manchester Christian Church’s ministry is determined by God’s purposes and the S.H.A.P.E. of our congregation. Just as no two individuals are exactly the same, each church congregation has a unique SHAPE that determines ministry style and areas of emphasis. When a local church is doing what God has uniquely shaped her to do, the whole congregation will experience the same fulfillment and fruitfulness as do her individual ministers.
